went in to pick up and online order. the place was very clean. a bunch of workers standing around not doing much. I didn't get a hello, good bye, thank you or really any reaction whatsoever from the person taking orders. coffee was fine and good. customer service is definitely lacking.
I drove through today for a coffee roughly 30/45 min ago (12:30pm) and the gentlemen working the drive thru and window were two of the nicest guys I’ve dealt with in awhile. It gave me a little hope in the world of customer service these days. Top notch guys keep up the good work. I don’t ever write reviews but you two deserves one.
We love tim Hortons but recently there has been a huge dip in this particular location's quality of food and customer service. The hot chocolate tasted like it was watered down. The hot foods like egg and sausage muffin was not warm. I will say the coffee is always good. But that's the exception. The staff is always rushed and sometimes a bit rude.
