Was just charged $10 for 1 baconater jr. and medium fries. Fries were cold and half full. Very disappointed with getting ripped off since I always brag about this store.

We ordered a baconator along with a few other items and they forgot the bacon.
I ordered a Dave's double meal and a kids cheese burger meal with ketchup and cheese only. They didn't have toys so they asked if I wanted a vanilla frosty instead they were out of chocolate. I said ok that's fine. I get 2 bags and asked where my frosty was.. he said I'll get it brings out one I leave and get home. I got a Dave's single, fries were old and my daughter got a cheese burger with mustard, ketchup, onion and pickle. And the frosty I thought we didn't get was in her bag!!!.. melted and her food was Ruined!! Not to mention I waited 10 min after I had to pull forward and wait on the food!!. This place is horrible I'll never go back!

After paying for my meal I waited 15 minutes for someone else's order then another 7 minutes to have my original order only to have that be wrong too but hey I did get 3 chicken nuggets as an apology for the wait even though 3 people behind me got their order and drove around me. NEVER AGAIN!!
