I ordered a Dave's double meal and a kids cheese burger meal with ketchup and cheese only. They didn't have toys so they asked if I wanted a vanilla frosty instead they were out of chocolate. I said ok that's fine. I get 2 bags and asked where my frosty was.. he said I'll get it brings out one I leave and get home. I got a Dave's single, fries were old and my daughter got a cheese burger with mustard, ketchup, onion and pickle. And the frosty I thought we didn't get was in her bag!!!.. melted and her food was Ruined!! Not to mention I waited 10 min after I had to pull forward and wait on the food!!. This place is horrible I'll never go back!

After paying for my meal I waited 15 minutes for someone else's order then another 7 minutes to have my original order only to have that be wrong too but hey I did get 3 chicken nuggets as an apology for the wait even though 3 people behind me got their order and drove around me. NEVER AGAIN!!

Went through the drive through and ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag only ketchup had to wait awhile and when I got my order there was no bacon went back around and explained the issue when the employee asked to look at the burger she took it and put bacon on it and gave it back didn't get a fresh sandwich or an apology

Drive thru order for two people. Simple orders, nothing off menu or adjustments like "hold the..." and it like 12 minutes to get our food. With no one in front of us. I'm not sure of the staffing issue at this location, but slow is the description I'm using. And the food is underwhelming. Wendy's used to be burger pattys hanging over the edge of the bun, or the chicken was way bigger than the bun for the chicken sandwich. Now the value seems to have disappeared. Smaller portions and higher prices. And the "sauced nuggets" weren't even sauced. Drizzled possibly. Disappointing trip to Wendy's. Hope things improve...
