Everything hot in fresh you may have to wait for it just tell them you want hot and fresh they do it and it taste way better when it's fresh you can taste and see the difference.
Decided to try the 8 pieces (dark meat only) for $10 on Tuesday. DO NOT use the online order for delivery because it would have been $17. Go to the store, ordered on the kiosk. Food was hot but not crispy as you would expect from fried chicken. It was OK. Would not order it again.
Quick and freshly cooked. Food was alright, nothing special as it's KFC and definitely not better than Popeyes ?. Great customer service which was a delightful surprise. I'd go back just for that. The associates, a young man and young women were so charming and funny! They worked well together getting orders taken care of while seemingly still enjoying their jobs. Awesome to see!
