Called order in for pick-up and was told 20 minutes. Arrived at appointed time, paid my bill, was told it would be "just a few minutes". TWENTY FIVE minutes later I finally got my order! No explanation, no apology. Very unprofessional conduct, especially by the Manager.
For reference this was Friday 11--1-24, at 12:50pm, only 1 small family was eating in store
Very rude. Acted like we were bothering him by picking up our pizzas. This is the same thing as last time. Then to top it off paid for marinara and didn’t get them.
