I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. The place was not busy at all, ordered 3 items: donut was thrown in bag, sandwich had bacon NOT sausage like ordered and the bagel with cream cheese had SO little cream cheese on it I would be embarrassed to actually charge for it. And we had to wait for this small order!! PEOPLE it is worth the drive to the original down the street!!!!!!!!!!
