The girl who handles drive-thru orders most often on night shift, Carla, is INCREDIBLE at her job! I live in Akron and work graveyard shift in Tallmadge. I made the commute to this Dunkin once because the 24-hour Dunkin in Akron was having a LOT of problems with their equipment and Carla was the team member who helped me. I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is at this Dunkin’ location. We provided hot chocolate for the City of Green’s tree lighting ceremony and ordered 30 GALLONS of hot chocolate. Not only was it perfectly timed, every single staff member had a huge smile on their face. Becca was off the charts as a manager and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I will do business with Dunkin’ every time now!!!!

If you don’t ask for napkins you’re not getting any. My donut holes were tasty but just thrown in a bag is a little tacky I think. I thought they had little boxes like other places for them but 🤷🏽‍♀️
