I always enjoyed the Sittoo's in Parma. I've now tried this on twice and it is a 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

Short story long, both times I've ordered was for carry out. Both times the orders were incomplete. Both times I tipped ahead of the order at payment (against my better judgment). Never again!

As far as the food goes, it was meh at best. The chicken Shwarma sandwich literally had about a piece and a half of chicken and so much sauce I couldn't taste anything but sauce anyhow. We ordered a side of fries. No fries. 2 orders of humus and chicken Shwarma and neither of them had any tomato or parsley. The chicken was dry, tough over cooked. The Sittoo's Combo was decent. Ordered a couple spinach pies for one of the kids. They were actually kinda gross. I guess we have been spoiled by Aladdins. The kibbie was good. The real dissatisfaction and disappointment was how they reacted when I called up about the missing stuff and they told me that despite what I was seeing on my receipt, I did not order fries. They also said the the humus and chk shwarma didn't come with anything except humus and chicken despite the discription and the photo on their web page. The attitude was crap. The service was disheartening given the lack of customers in the place when I picked up the food. I won't order from here again. I see they have a great rating on reviews so maybe it's me. But fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice I ain't coming back.

Our food came out very fast and was a a good value in terms of size. We had the falafel sandwich, hummus, and chicken shawarma entree. The pita that came with the hummus and chicken dish were both excellent. The hummus itself could have been more flavorful but I enjoyed how smooth it was. The sandwich was good but not great for me. I couldn't really taste the falafel, but the pickles on it were nice. The service was great and it was a very nice looking space, so will definitely be back to try some other menu items!

Best middle eastern food in the heights. We love Aladdin’s but the falafel here is the best in the area. Food is fresh service is good. Let’s try to keep this around.

Aka: Boaz Lebanese grill…This is my go to spot for healthy food minutes away from my house. Everything there is good & yes I’ve tried just about everything there. My favorite is the Shwarma and kabobs. Salads are great as well. Well like I said everything. The service is always quick and great & the atmosphere is always spotless.

They gave us burnt chicken shawarma the first time I ordered through Doordash. They agreed to compensate with a replacement since the store was about to close.

When we ordered the replacement 2 days later, they said the order will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. They did not start the order and ended up taking more than an hour since the order. Poor experience. Will look for other options.

Stopped in to get a chicken Shawarma salad for lunch small large size salad for $10. Did not come with No complementary pita bread or garlic sauce interesting. This is supposed to be name change to Cito’s. They’re really lacking some of things Cito does..

Girl with the glasses and is short has an awful attitude. Asked for two sodas she asked for my name. Why? I’m sorry ur dumb but that isn’t my fault. Then she had a bad attitude the rest of the time, horrible nasty excuse for a human being. I asked if there was a new system where I had to give my name. I expect better when I’m buying something from an establishment. What an awful excuse for a human being
