I ordered an iced brown sugar latte. It was perfect, not too sweet. The service immediately brightened my day. It’s incredibly refreshing and increasingly rare to have such a genuine and good natured interaction with a stranger :)

Such a wonderful experience! I ordered a maple spice latte and a pumpkin spice latte with Sarah and she was very sweet and helpful! I love the inclusivity of the shop, everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish all coffee shops had this happy atmosphere.

Awesome mission. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Quick service done in a to go style. Ate at the counter which has outlets for computers. Order at the order station first. The chicken waffles come as sweet or hot. The hot means spicy. About a 6 on an Indian food scale of 0 to 10. Popeyes Spicy chicken would be a 2 or 3. The chicken an waffles were fresh and attractively prepared. Came with a red tube which I presume was hot sauce. The hot chocolate was good with a moderate amount of whipped cream.

Sarah was very helpful with my purchase and the brown butter chai latte was delicious! The perfect coffee spot and im so glad it was my 5th bitty and beaus location to have visited!

Really enjoyed this place.. wanted something different, today I googled and found this wonderful place. Waffles and coffee were amazing. I will say the chicken was a little too salty For my taste, but it was still a great meal. Staff is amazing, so friendly, caring, interactive. Able to dine indoor or outdoor it was a beautiful day.

This place had the best customer service than the vast majority of places I’ve been to recently. A lot of people could really take some lessons from these employees. I wish there was a location closer to me. I’d go all the time! Margaret and Jake were phenomenal. I can’t wait to return!

The brown butter chai is diabolical, barely even edible. Not to mention it was almost $10. The staff and atmosphere were great though!
