I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s today. The customer service was awesome, the staff was so kind, and my sandwiches were delicious!

Came here on a Saturday and I’m pretty sure the entire crew working was in highschool and were getting crushed by the amount of orders and snobby customers standing around in the lobby. Like lol why don’t you try staffing appropriately - shout out to the 16 year olds who handled the swarm of customers and kept a straight face when some guy wouldn’t stop asking for napkins. Like they are busy bruh, just go grab some napkins from a different table. Also parking is terrible and multiple golf carts were parked either poorly in the spaces or actually just on the curb in the back. Lmao

You can call several times someone will answer the phone and sit there silently on the other end I don't know what's going on but that's very unprofessional and very strange
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch a few weeks ago and the chicken was almost hilariously scant. Tried one more time today with the #12, and I was convinced they forgot the meat until I picked apart the melted cheese to find small bits of turkey. Never going here again.

Always freaky fast and freaky good! I stop by this Jimmy John’s location regularly, and they never disappoint. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite, and my order is always made exactly right. The sandwiches are fresh, the bread is soft with just the right crunch, and everything tastes super fresh. It’s the perfect go-to spot when I need a quick lunch that still hits the spot. Clean space, fast service, and solid food—can’t ask for more!

I came to this location and was treated as well as a guest would be in a strangers home. Thank you Jalen for the polite service and dedication to the preparation of the food i consumed. Bothe people were very nice and greeted me with a smile a young lady working with the young man 6/10/25 I'll be back for sure!!!

I never leave reviews, I work as a hostess at a restaurant so I am in customer service. I just felt like nobody really cared yesterday. My tuna sandwich was made really sloppy, one of the lady’s cashing me out said “uh hold up I don’t know I need 2 dollars” then just walked away and about 4 other coworkers were just sitting on a bench talking on phones and I think she asked them if they had 2 dollars to spare.. like from their pockets..? They were talking so loud and seemed like gossip. Again just sitting and talking when drink lids needed to be restocked. It didn’t feel like a welcoming environment.. :/ Kickin ranch was Bomb though!!!!

This location is a big thumbs down for me. Just ordered online due to short lunch time, as soon as I walked into this location I was greeted with "Hey Boss" we don't have no bread all I have is John bread. I said I ordered online. Oh then he found my sandwich. I ordered raspberry tea, well none of that but I have sweet and unsweetened tea, fine. And then guess what NO ICE. Lunch was a wash.

My family loves JJ. But this location cannot get it together. Our order is usually wrong but they’re friendly enough and fix it. However we just went and there was no bread. It was in the oven but wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. At 12:30 pm on a Saturday.

Been going here for years and the service is always slow... definitely not, "sandwiches so fast you will freak". Ordered online and come in to find they haven't even started on our order. Happens all the time. Don't ever come here if you are in a hurry.

They may have been understaffed I’m always seeing bad reviews but every time I’ve ever ordered here it’s been very friendly, on top of things, quick, and accommodating. Whoever their current team is, is on top of turning stuff around.

My family is a repeat JJ’s customer and over time this location has slipped further and further with its service. Today the air conditioning was left off which left the interior stifling for employees and customers. Word has it this was due to budget. Employees appear to work hard but they’re very unorganized which suggests shortcomings by their management team. Sandwiches take an egregious amount of time to prepare and employees were struggling to match sandwiches to orders. The fountain drink machine drain was clogged and overflowing onto the counter plus floor (and this is the third visit that I’ve witnessed this very same situation). This franchise owner should be audited by JJ corporate and coached toward better operational management.
