Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

I had a very disappointing experience. I had a coupon and specifically asked an employee which cup size to use, and they confirmed it was the correct one. However, when I got to the register, I was told it was the wrong cup. They then took the frozen yogurt I had filled and split it into three separate cups, turning it into a soupy mess. It was a terrible experience.

Had an awful experience, didn’t even see anyone working at the front, had to yell in the back to get someone. Gross yogurt for overpriced, would not recommend, and never coming back.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and I will definitely return!! The young lady working there was so sweet and helpful and I really enjoyed my froyo!!! Everything was very clean and easy to get around and I felt very comfortable because I get terrible social anxiety in self serve places to eat and here I felt completely at ease thanks to the kind young lady. Also, it's hard to find pistachio flavor and they have it here which is also another plus! I highly recommend this shop to anybody that enjoys froyo like I do!!!

Love this place, but it’s a little pricey. Kudos to the worker who did help us sort out which flavors are gluten free-my other half has a gluten allergy. It’s an occasional visit for me because of price, but it’s a nice place.

It tastes good and they have good flavors. Yes.

the food was great but there was only one person working. i really wanted a water cup but she was hiding in the back.

When I go to get frozen yogurt I don’t like seeing bugs crawling in the restaurant 🤮 definitely not as a free topping

Went to a new location to see if it’s any better, but they have roaches. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

Flavors were good as was topping selection, however cleanliness was poor. Toppings area was mobbed with small flies which should have been a sign to run away. Didn't see any hand sanitizer or signs encouraging hand washing which is disappointing considering the shared yogurt machine levers and topping spoons.

Went there at 9:30 when the establishment says it closes at 10. Rude young lady said they close soon at 9:15. It was 9:30 so it should have already been closed by then according to her hours and they still had their open signs on and all. We left and watched them lock the doors. Never going there again. Came here for my 5 years old birthday and he was absolutely heartbroken.

We waited from 11:30am (when it is supposed to open) until 11:45am, and no one ever opened the store. We saw someone go in, and despite knocking loudly, no one came to open the door. There were several other customers who left frustrated like we did.

First and last visit. No chocolate or even cookies & cream flavors. They both dropped out. So to cute my chocolate fix, had to add chocolate chips...which probably cost more.Also, how dare you have the credit card reader set up to ask for a tip and a tip jar out when the whole point of the operation is SELF SERVE. I don't get it at all. Plus $13 for a large...probably the chocolate chips, right?

Soft serve was great. Atmosphere not so much. They had USA on the TV and some show with a guy with a gaping wound on his leg. My toddler saw it and was very upset. I asked the cashier if we could change the channel and she told me they are not allowed. Not very family friendly :(
