One of the best happy hours around! Also, sign up and get a free birthday dinner. Can’t wait until it’s warm enough for the outdoor patio.
We were seated quickly since we had a reservation. Our waitress was nice but she wasn't very attentive; not sure if she was overwhelmed or simply not good at multitasking. Lots of items on the menu weren't available. All the food was delicious, but one of our plates was served cold. We had a great experience the previous Christmas (2024), but this one disappointed.
It was Christmas and super busy but the staff was great. I wouldn't go back here though. We were only there because they were open on Christmas. The only thing that was worth it were the wings. Everything else, Outback or even Chillis could have been better.

There have been some mixed experiences, but the staff remains friendly and offers thoughtful solutions. The restaurant goes above and beyond to assist customers, highlighted by the diligent guest services manager who frequently checks on tables and ensures everyone has a pleasant experience. Customers often celebrate special occasions here, enjoying attentive service and sometimes receiving complimentary desserts like the recommended cheesecake. Houlihan's has a great outdoor patio with a cool fireplace, and the team, including the manager, consistently strives to provide a perfect dining experience. Overall, Houlihan's is a great choice for a nice meal and may become a favorite spot for many.
