Burger Restaurants near Upper Sandusky

“I'm not sure this is an actual Burger King. Drove up to window and ordered four hamburgers and were told they only have two. What burger place runs out of burgers! Had to get chicken sandwiches for two of the orders. Burned chicken that had been drying out for a few weeks. The whole thing was terrible! Should have asked for a refund.“

I have been coming to this McDonald's on Wednesday nights after church for a number of years, with our youth group. and for all of those times, the staff has always been gracious enough to put up with our antics, often letting us stay later than we should, as long as we agreed to clean up our messes (even though they have RIGHTFULLY gotten a little short with us, haha)

I have been through the remodel thay happened a couple years ago, and it seems like at the turn of the remodel, the food quality has gone down, as well as their service quality (yes I am aware this is a mcdonalds)

since they put the kiosks in, its almost impossible to get someone to come to the front to physically take your order, even when the restaurant is not busy at all. often waiting quite a few minutes. the manager (i believe she is the manager) is always so kind, as well as the rest of the staff, but it's just usually a slow process!

regardless, I will always enjoy coming here on a Wednesday with my friends! the memories we've made are so special, and the staff has been a part of it too!

I definitely recommend getting the snack wraps since they are back! 🤗“

“The staff that closed last night (Friday, 10/4) were so nice to me. I was 2 hours in to a 12 hour drive from Indiana to New Jersey and needed a mocha moo latte to keep me going. I was so excited when I saw a sign for this DQ but unfortunately I arrived at the door exactly at 9 pm when they had just locked the door and were in the process of closing up. They took pity on me and let me in and made my moolatte. I'm sure they would have rather been on their way home instead of getting things back out for a solo traveler. I thank them so much for their kindness to me. Moolattes are the best!“

“The host Gaige (on the receipt) who took my order didn't need me to repeat myself. He was highly efficient. Every time I mentioned a menu item to order, he asked me: "and what else can I get for you?" In a very friendly manner/tone. What difference that makes. Not feeling rushed and not "is that it?" Doesn't make you feel like you're inconveniencing anyone. This was during a dinner rush as well. He also tried to upsell and add a cookie to my order which is an excellent sales tactic, that most young employees do not strive for. I have never filled one of these out but felt very compelled to share. Ashley, the cashier (receipt) and another younger female who handed me my order were both friendly and had a welcoming smile. I had no mistakes or issues with my order. So the entire team did a wonderful job. I've been going to this location for years, living in adjacent town and this is one of best experiences I've ever had at this particular location and fast food in general.“
