“The bone in wings were crispy with a nice crunch but a bit tough. The fries are like curly steak fries. They're actually pretty good but served without salt. They seemed a bit confused by my carry out order. I had to hold for them to check if "the kitchen was still open ". When I got there, the place was 3/4 full with patrons obviously ordering food. I've had worse wings.“
“I can't say enough good things! We came in on a Saturday afternoon. They were slow. A very industrial feel with a hint of like a diner?? It was clean, service was great, he continued to make.sure we were good. And the food was PHENOMENAL!! We got the Alabama fries, baptized in bourbon burger and brussel sprouts. Oh my!! So good. Burgers are pretty pink. We asked for my husbands well done and they did it good! The fries and brussel sprouts were to die for. The manager talked it up with us quite a bit. Very nice guy, awesome place!“

“I have been playing this course since it first opened. I love the unique layout and all the horse related statues and barns. It is by far my favorite public course in the Dayton area. I do have a couple complaints. As an ex golf course superintendent it's hard for me not to nit pick at things out on any course. That being said, it would be nice if they would mow a walk path to each tee box and one pass around each. The tee markers are hard to see hidden behind the tall grass and if you're playing in the morning your pants will be soaked from walking through the high grass at every tee. My other complaint would be about the bunkers. They need to be raked a little more often. There is plenty of sand in them, they are just hard and compacted. Other than that, the staff is super polite and very helpful.“
“Love to visit this Moose not only for the Euchre Tournaments but whenever I visit friends in Cable we love to go there for lunch. Food always good, service is excellent and I delight in seeing the "real people" i.e., the local farmers there in their "bibs." Feel like I'm back home again. You're great URBANA!“
