We're out of chicken an hour before close and refused to make more.
We placed a large order several hours in advance. They had plenty of time to make our food. When we arrived to pick it up, they said that there would be a wait because they hadn't made anything for us. We will not be going back.

KFC is a large and clean restaurant with a new menu item, "Chizza", which is chicken filets topped with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The staff are excellent, providing great service and ensuring the food is perfect and just as ordered. However, there can be a disappointing lack of chicken availability, as they sometimes run out and sell it before the order is complete. The chicken is cooked to perfection, making it a great experience for customers.
