They were busy so I had to wait a bit for my online order. They gave me two cups of cheese free for my wait. But when I got all the way home (20 min drive), they hadn't given me my 9pc boneless wings. I tried to call but it just rang busy all evening. I didn't really want to drive back. $8 wasted ?.
Sandwiches were cold. Service slow and unfriendly.Building was cleanMy wife and I just tried Arby's again, June 14th for lunch.Took 15 minutes to get nuggets, cherry turnover and hamburger.There were 2 separate couples that ordered after us and they got their food 5 minutes before us.We really like Arby's food but the staff in Urbana is the worst. The girl at the front spent most of her time in the back.Pretty sure that's our last time

Slowest service in the history of all Arby'sImpossible to eat here if you're in a hurry, like on a limited lunch break. I've never waited less than 15 minutes but the average wait is 22 minutes.Their food is still good though, that's the only reason I still go there occasionally but those times are getting less and less
