From my very first phone conversation with Emily, she has been incredibly friendly and helpful, while using her professional experience to guide me in selecting the perfect amount of food for our anticipated guests, in addition to making suggestions to accommodate any guests with food sensitivities. She really took the time to listen to my needs and ideas and never made me feel rushed during our lengthy conversation. My interaction with her has truly been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and I am extremely grateful! If Emily is an example of the quality I can expect from Bucci's J Bella, then I know the party will turn out to be perfect! I will write a follow-up review after the party in December and, based on my interaction with Emily so far, I expect it to be another 5-star review! “New Favorite Italian Spot! We came here for my brother’s rehearsal dinner, and wow—Matteo’s absolutely blew us away! My husband and I loved everything we had: the lemon chicken was tender and flavorful, the Alfredo cavatelli was creamy perfection, and the sausage and meatballs were just incredible. Honestly, I can’t even pick a favorite—they were all that good. The bread and butter? Probably the best we’ve ever had. The cozy, old-town vibe of the location just added to the charm, and the service was top-notch. You can really feel the care and warmth of a true mom-and-pop Italian place. “Had my husbands surprise 70th birthday party. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful and everyone had a wonderful time.“

“My wife and I just had dinner at Bianca's. The owner was working pretty much by herself. She only had someone working with her in the kitchen. The gentleman at the next table jumped in and was seating people, giving them menus and silverware. It turned out that it was like one big happy family, fellowship and chipping in to help each other. Kudos to Debbie (the owner), great food and great service taking care of all that were there !!!!!“

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

“Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? No other complaints!!!“

The jojos are amazing - bursting with flavor & always fresh. Plus, the mac n cheese pizza is delicious. Other food from here is also yummy. I highly recommend. “When we first arrived the bar was empty but the place quickly began to fill. the bartenders were commendable in their efficiency. My positive experience, however, was significantly dampened by the subsequent appearance of the owner and his family arrived. We witnessed him immediately stride behind the bar and, in the middle of a winning Guardians game, abruptly switch it off to play blaring music. For a establishment touting itself as a sports bar, interrupting our state's games is simply unacceptable.“

“First time ordering a whole pizza from the Southpark Mall Sbarro. Pizza was hot when I picked it up. The employee was friendly and helpful. Pizza was super yummy... my kids destroyed it 😆
We always get food from here when we go to the mall... we even do special trips just to eat there. I would definitely order a pizza to-go again!“
