Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill

We recently reserved the banquet room for my mom’s celebration of life dinner! Everything was great. 2 awesome waitresses took care of all us and did great! Highly recommend renting the room! Thanks again to all the staff! Will definitely recommend the banquet room to Anyone that needs a place!

I ordered food for delivery paid $10 and some change for delivery plus gave a tip. The delivery was supposed to be here by 2:08 didn’t arrive until 3:48 then they forgot the pizza so I called and there answer was for me yo pick it up. I don’t have transportation that’s why I paid for delivery so they offered to give me a credit for the pizza in there computer for the next time. I explained I don’t live around here. So there is nothing they can do then. So I loss out on the money paid for the pizza?

Ordered a tenderloin that comes with a bag of chips. Decided to also order fries. Those are two separate items on 1 order. The chips would still come with the sandwich and I was argued with by the manager that refused to give me the bag of chips. THE CHIPS COME WITH THE MEAL!!! We weren't substituting the fries for the chips with an up charge! They were for two separate people. I was getting the sandwich with the chips my mom just wanted an order of fries for dinner. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Took approximately 2hrs for 3 cheeseburgers in a not so busy establishment. OUR WAITRESS WAS AWESOME! Other floor staff ignored the situation and failed to help in any way. Food was not good enough for me to go back. First time and last time customer.

We went for appetizers and drinks. The pretzels and beer cheese were perfect. The pulled pork nachos were dry. Even the pork. It was like they reheated and served them. The service was great.

So glad Beer Barrel came to Van Wert! The food is always delicious, and the staff is just incredible! I work at Ohio Recovery Center and Beer Barrel is one of our favorite go to places for take out and delivery :)

To celebrate Oktoberfest, I had their beer bratwurst sandwich with sauerkraut and whole-grain mustard on a pretzel bun. My friend had the pork tenderloin sandwich with chips. Both were excellent!! Topped it off with a piece of German chocolate cake to go. Service was warm and friendly; Restrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable for what we ordered. Highly recommend this place.
