The food was so fresh and hot. The people are nice and always cleaning. They always made sure we had drinks and were happy to help with anything we asked for specifically. Nice and clean place. Best salmon I have ever had at a buffet. The sweet tea is good, it wasn’t over powered with sugar.
I consider myself to be quite picky when it comes to Chinese. And my wife and I were blown away at how many amazing entrees were on the buffet today. The "Grill Chicken" might be the best tasting chicken I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant.

I am going to skip a bunch of pending reviews I mean to make in order to review my most recent experience, a to go meal my family and I had at Hong Kong Chinese Buffet. My family and I were wanting some good Chinese food, and one of my coworkers recommended this place. Walking, place is open, comfortable and clean.
