This is one of the few places in Northwest Ohio that I know of that does not honor company deals. For that reason alone I can drive 10 miles to a store that does. In fact it’s the only franchise x 2 in Van Wert Ohio. Every Fast Food franchise in town does. Avoid these local franchises. There are 4 stores not too far away that honor corporate deals.
The product has always been good unlike store policies. We stopped spending our money there when they stopped honoring company deals, coupons. Neither Van Wert store do. I can drive to a rural town 4 minutes further than Van Wert and get the deals in a town 1/10 the size of VW. Don't bother with corporate. They email the store owners. They told me they didn't have the personnel or time to process coupons .

You pull up yo the menu and u are the only person there, the dining room is closed so no one is in the inside, the girl taking orders says look at the menu and I’ll be back to take your order soon.
