There aren’t a ton of dining options in Van Wert, so this has become my go-to spot. I’ve had a few visits where the chips were a little stale, but honestly, that’s easy to overlook compared to the poor service you find at other places. The food is delicious and tastes just as good the next day when reheated.
This hothead is the best One around food is always fresh and the food portions are amazing! Compared to others around the area that's why i tip good at this location lol because they normally hook me up
ordered pickup because it's so convenient when you have 3 kids. arrived at my pickup time. waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive thru with no response. went inside and they said my order hadn't even been started yet. meanwhile multiple people walk in, order, get their food and go. waited 20 more minutes. someone came through the drive thru, yup got their food. no sense of urgency from employees casually making food. I've worked in food service so yes I'm judging....
