I think I like the idea of this place more than the reality. The salad bar and soft serve machine were the highlight of my visit both times I've visited. The food is WAY overpriced for the small portion size and lack of taste received. It's a shame really. If the food were better, I'd be all in on this place.
This place we stumbled on by driving to Van Wert. I always want a salad bar and must say I enjoyed this one extremely well great selection only wish some of the hot soup choices had no meat or dairy. The waitress / cashier on Tuesday did a wonderful job and kept drink refills coming. We plan to stop again next time through town
Salad bar had good broccoli salad and four kinds of soups. Two of which were excellent.
I ordered the Chicken Monterey from the menu. It was small/thin and unfilling. I would recommend getting the second fillet they have as an option if you order this. The brown gravy was the only flavor the mash potatoes had. Probably would pick a different side of ask for extra gravy if I were to go back
