The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, a winning combination. We stopped in to pick up some unique lattes for our grandsons. The barrista knew who they were by the order. That is hometown friendly in Vermilion. Great job! 💜
I’ve gone exclusively to the vermillion, OH location for about a year, but I definitely will not be returning. location ALWAYS has problems, whether its the scanner, “can’t” make frozen drinks, burnt sandwiches, and seems highly unorganized. Recently, the drive thru attendant informed me that they will not take DD rewards in the drive thru any longer and would not scan my phone. I asked if I could come inside to do my transaction as I wanted to use my free drink reward...read full review
