This location is a joke we pay for food and had to wait for the rest stood at the counter bei g ignores 20 minutes go by I ask where the rest of the food because they are all in their own world and they tell us they never put it to cook. HUH? Who the hell does that! Very unprofessional! The food we did get was already getting cool. They lack customer service, professionalism and training. We requested a full refund and I counted the money when we got back to vehicle and they even gave us back the wrong amount. They didn't seem to care. The owner of this establishment is losing money and customers. No attention to detail whatsoever.

Small portions (also no extra box for the bigger plate), overpriced, and you can't even use your rewards. Claiming rewards is also an entirely separate process that you have to ask for in order to do. Stop somewhere else, ideally before or after the turnpike.

Customer service was horrible!! The staff was rude and completely disconnected while helping customers. I ordered my food and he put the container down before even putting anything in it and walked off, left me standing there and a girl walked up from the back and started helping the customer behind me. When it came time to pay she threw the food in the bag and walked off without saying a word, no eye contact, pissed off look on her face like I just stole her candy. Unbelievable that they would operate in this manner in such a high traffic location. No plans to ever come back to this establishment.
