“Dave and his staff were excellent. They fed over 300 people at my daughter's wedding promptly with the freshest of food. The BBQ was delicious. We served pulled pork and chicken, corn bread, corn pudding, green beans... He was a pleasure to work with and very flexible. He set up two buffet lines and his staff was efficient, and professional.
