This is a restaurant that is mainly filled with locals. Everybody is friendly and seem to know each other. We were passing through and tried the pizza. It was ok, but lacked good pizza sauce and seemed a bit bland. The restaurant is older and could use some sprucing up. The server we had was new, so service was not great. I can't say that I would recommend this place, but, if you live close by, you'd probably enjoy the company of your other neighbors there.
Went for an early lunch. It was quiet and the inside temperature was very comfortable. Food was amazing and very affordable!!
We ordered lunch for work I got an Italian sub for lunch but just ate the meat off of it because the bread was really stale. 2 other people that ordered said the same thing that the bread was really stale.

Caesar's Italian Restaurant is a long-standing eatery on the west side of Warren, known for serving classic Italian dishes. Their fried chicken is a standout, earning praise for being moist and tender, with many claiming it rivals Unkle Nick's. The all-you-can-eat perch on Tuesdays is a fantastic value, and the spaghetti is plentiful and well-liked. Customers also enjoy the Jo Jo’s, which are cooked to perfection, and the coleslaw, which has a special tang that many love. While some orders may take longer than expected, the turbo ranch wings and Italian sub remain fan favorites.
