McDonald's is a restaurant that has been around for a customer's whole childhood. The service received during a recent visit was described as the best ever, with staff and managers going above and beyond expectations. The steak, egg, and cheese bagel was specifically mentioned as a highlight of the menu. However, there were some issues with wait time and orders being messed up, such as receiving apple slices instead of fries in Happy Meals. Despite this, the staff was noted for being nice and courteous, even remaking and upgrading an order after it was dropped. Recently, the staff was praised for being friendly, quick, and respectful, with a manager who was especially kind and positive. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, better than many other fast food places in the area. While the drive-thru can sometimes be frustrating, inside service is generally prompt, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The girl who made the frappé was appreciated for making it look pretty, adding a nice touch to the experience.
