My sub is always hard. Everytime I order from here my sub is always hard. I don't know what they do but my sub shouldn't be hard. I don't get it warmed up at all so there shouldn't be a reason for hard bread.
Understaffed like everywhere else. 2 girls working didnt care how many people were in line, kept the same slow pace. Manager lady was hiding in the back for a smoke & not helping at all.
