I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you, the staff, mocha house, hippodrome etc did to make the ball delightful at the Hippodrome. Your staff went above and beyond, even anticipating things before we thought of them. We have gotten nothing but positive feedback, and everyone loved the food last night, and especially the cake. Everyone asked when the next one is!
I’ve visited the Mocha House in Warren since I was a teenager. Being back up here it’s become my go to place when I’m meeting friends to catch up. The amazing staff and friendly faces make it beyond worthwhile. The food is always amazing, coffee top notch. Such a welcoming environment and I am so happy that a place I’ve known for so long is doing so well! To all the workers at the Mocha House? Thank you for being amazing, up beat and smiles. 😌
I came for lunch with my mother and ordered the shrimp penne Alfredo. The sauce was chunky, almost curdled and just tasted bad. We brought it to a servers attention whose response was "What don't you like about it? Do you not like it because you put too much pepper?" No. I put all that pepper in an attempt to make it taste better. Incredibly rude, bad customer service.
