“Firebirds has been a favorite of ours for years. The last two trips -Montgomery,AL and now Youngstown, OH - have been disappointing. Our waitress, Deja, was wonderful. Always attentive and very friendly. The steaks fell WAY short...well done when medium rare was requested. Hard to believe the cook was that far off but it happened at both locations with similar cuts of meat. Not sure we'll be back ....at least not to these locations.“

“First time there. Decorations were darling throughout! Prime Rib and Chicken Parmesan were excellent! Cranberry wine was perfect to celebrate the holiday season! And the band was awesome! Thank you Char! We'll definitely be back soon!“
