Just wanted to thank the staff for going above and beyond in helping put together an order for an ER patient with lots of dietary restrictions. The burger I got was on some other level. Made our night tonight, thank you so much.
Went for a fund raiser event. Very slow service. Ordered food to eat in,sat for 25 minutes before going up to counter to check status. They had packed our orders to go and placed them in a DoorDash like heater box. The barmaid never came to take orders, like she said she would, went to the bar and got ignored.
Honestly, the only issue was the food. The server was very polite and very busy, but the only enjoyable thing we got was the pretzel knots. My burger was flavorless, even the hot peppers had no heat. The fries were good after salting, but not much else can be said about their food. Maybe you're supposed to have a few drinks before you get food? Lol but even then, it wouldn't improve much.
