It's Chipoltes. Nothing like it's hay day. Had to wait for brown rice (how do you run out of that?). The fajitas were limp. The food area needed wiping down, that should be done almost between each order if not busy (and at the time of service, they were not busy). After my bowl was made, it just sat there- I had to be asked to be rung out.
Note to self. Next time I will try Moe's or Qdoba.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant known for its hot and fresh food. While the food is generally good and can be hot and flavorful, some customers have noted that the service can be slow and impersonal at times. The line and wait can be long when there are not enough people working. Employees may prioritize talking to each other over attending to customers, especially during busy times. Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the cleanliness of the counter, particularly in the evening when it becomes messy. The tortilla chips can sometimes be stale and not crisp. Despite these issues, the restaurant's location is appealing to some, and the food quality is often satisfying. Customers have also mentioned that the staff can seem overwhelmed and exhausted, especially during lunch rushes, which sometimes leads to shortages of ingredients like steak, peppers, and onions. However, even when the staff appears tired, they remain polite and friendly. The restaurant is a convenient option for those nearby, though frequent visitors sometimes find it frustrating that certain items are often out of stock. Overall, the experience can vary, but many still enjoy the food and the location.
