This location is apparently filthy. I really enjoyed my coffee this morning that was served to me with 5 GIANT black ants in the bottom of the cup. Someone please explain to me how they did not notice that when they were making my coffee when the restaurant have no customers at 6 AM on a Sunday morning. I will never in my life go to this Dunkin EVER again.
The staff at this Dunkin clearly does not know how to make drinks correctly. My office has DoorDashed from this location multiple times and every single time the orders were wrong in some way, whether it be the wrong drinks we ordered, drinks made wrong, coffee is too bitter to drink, etc. When you contact customer service they just try to deflect their mistakes onto DoorDash as if they did anything besides deliver lol. Needless to say we won't be using this Dunkin anymore
