I visited floods for the first time yesterday, upon entering the establishment a man in all standing right behind security asked me to enter. I assumed he was apart of security then he let me know he was so i turned back around to get back in line before i could even do so the female “stud” security guard grabbed me aggressively and pushed me to the side telling me don’t say shit wait until she gets to me. I never even got a chance to explain i thought he was security. After that i was so irritated i didn’t even want to be there anymore. I get security doing there job but it’s a respectful way to do so. That was my first and last visit to this place!

I'm a frequent customer at this location for their take out menu. I order the same meal each time (Salmon taco, shrimp taco and fries). My salmon taco was greatly over seasons, so much so that I was unable to eat. The shrimp taco had approximately 2 shrimp per taco and the order of fries had approximately 10-15 fries at most.

the staff was not attentive at all. she appeared to be more interested in taking shots with her bar friends/associates than attending to her customer.

I was very disappointed in the service and quality of food.

You can order a seafood boil from literally ANY other place than this. They're portions are ridiculous for the price. It's tasted kinda sour. Messed my stomach up for 2 days. I will never order from here again.

From the moment I walked into the door I felt safe and in a friendly environment. The staff was polite and responsive. Food was kick ass! I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you're looking for Food and fun past 10pm

If you’re new to this place just keep going!! Bartenders will make their own prices on drinks based on if they know you or not, and rob you blind. 29$ for a double of Hennessy in a plastic cup! Save your time and money.

I stopped on Titos night Dec 18/24. First time there.. I'm a white guy. I was the only white guy there. The vibe was unbelievable. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Everyone was so down to earth. It felt like a Saturday night. The food was fantastic. Bartenders were absolutely gorgeous and the service was top notch. Second to none!!!! The women that were there were absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to come back. ♥️

Amazing bartender really made up for the experience. It would’ve been nice if someone asked if I wanted to be seated with the amount of money I spent last night but other than that this is a very nice chill spot with great seafood open late & strong drinks. My food was packaged with so much care & flavor I always be back !

The bartenders are unprofessional and are overcharging everyone. I asked for a receipt and the bartender ignored me and kept going to overcharge the next person. After consuming the overpriced drink, myself and several others became ill. Ive been ill 2 days now. This is a sure sign that the alcohol is being tampered with. I will never patronize this place again. Please do better!!!

Parking: Brace yourself to deal with intoxicated persons denting and scratching your vehicle as you attempt to enjoy yourself inside. Someone needs to police the parking situation

Ordered an entree togo… while I waited, I got two margaritas. They charged me $44 for the two drinks, plus $11 automatic tip. Got home and the fish looked really good but was dry.

The food is excellent. For those who don't know It's a bar, so it's a bar atmosphere not dining experience. But the food and service is always good
