Floods Urban Seafood

You can order a seafood boil from literally ANY other place than this. They're portions are ridiculous for the price. It's tasted kinda sour. Messed my stomach up for 2 days. I will never order from here again.

It's cool I guess. Honestly,it ain't feel the kause my brother isn't there 🥺

From the moment I walked into the door I felt safe and in a friendly environment. The staff was polite and responsive. Food was kick ass! I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you're looking for Food and fun past 10pm

If you’re new to this place just keep going!! Bartenders will make their own prices on drinks based on if they know you or not, and rob you blind. 29$ for a double of Hennessy in a plastic cup! Save your time and money.

I stopped on Titos night Dec 18/24. First time there.. I'm a white guy. I was the only white guy there. The vibe was unbelievable. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Everyone was so down to earth. It felt like a Saturday night. The food was fantastic. Bartenders were absolutely gorgeous and the service was top notch. Second to none!!!! The women that were there were absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to come back. ♥️

Amazing bartender really made up for the experience. It would’ve been nice if someone asked if I wanted to be seated with the amount of money I spent last night but other than that this is a very nice chill spot with great seafood open late & strong drinks. My food was packaged with so much care & flavor I always be back !

The bartenders are unprofessional and are overcharging everyone. I asked for a receipt and the bartender ignored me and kept going to overcharge the next person. After consuming the overpriced drink, myself and several others became ill. Ive been ill 2 days now. This is a sure sign that the alcohol is being tampered with. I will never patronize this place again. Please do better!!!

Parking: Brace yourself to deal with intoxicated persons denting and scratching your vehicle as you attempt to enjoy yourself inside. Someone needs to police the parking situation

Ordered an entree togo… while I waited, I got two margaritas. They charged me $44 for the two drinks, plus $11 automatic tip. Got home and the fish looked really good but was dry.

The food okay … the blackMen who sit in there terrorizing and starring down the female customers is weird. I think this a secret location where they selling drugs. The man who was behind the counter with the chef some ghetto looking black man who wasn’t even cooking might be the owners son or something in his 30’s was walking around saying he got a gun and will shoot whoever idk who he was talking about I was thinking I’m the only one who just walked in. This place is scary too much violence for someone who never sits in there. I just go and grab the food but the last two times I been here it’s been looking like gang activity instead of an actual restaurant. This not a good place to eat they harassing the customers who just coming to pick up the food and hurry up out of there. Idk why. I don’t even speak when I go here if it’s not what I’m there to pick up and to hand them the money … black people be wanting to bully eachother too much

Order 2 meals to go and it was amazing! I’m currently 5 months pregnant and VERY picky with what I eat, it was late Sunday and wanted a good meal stopping through Cleveland. They did not disappoint! I will be back to try more things on the menu! For reference I had the fried shrimp entree with greens and the loaded baked potato, my boyfriend had the bang bang shrimp with fries and coleslaw.

Horrible food horrible customer service…the Alfredo had no taste,it was cut up red and green peppers in it no sauce,and the toast had so much oil coming out of it when I chewed it I literally almost threw up,the salmon was thin and dried out and very hard around the edges..I can still taste it in my mouth right now and I have the urge to throw up I can not this mess was very nasty I’m still hungry at this point..i will never waste any money here on food again

Box was melted to chicken very hard and u seasoned chicken fries not good they got me will be a nice meal for neighbors
