“the Krogers in Waterville has the absolute WORST customer service.. I was there this evening, April 29, around 9:30 p.m. I had three items, which I refuse to do the cashier's job by checking out my own items. there was a cashier standing there, and I asked her if she would check these items out for me. she told me "No, because she would have to weigh the banana." Really ! so I have to do it myself & weigh the banana. I left the banana and the other two items up on a shelf by the check out. she just gave me a dirty look and would not even help. those people there in the evening need to be trained to Do their job !!! I don't know where they're manager is. I think if a manager would have seen this, well, maybe they just don't care... this is probably the third time this has happened to me. I think I just won't bother ever going in there again. Swanton at least takes care of their customers“

We had an informal meeting to share our decoration ideas and they executed everything perfectly. Although there was no delivery, it was worth coordinating a pick-up as all our guests enjoyed the cake.“

“Miss J is very sweet her desert is very soft and fluffy and her frosting is perfect it’s like the perfect combo of buttercream and whipped frosting sweet but not too sweet. Her decor is amazing you can tell she puts love into what she makes she even has put a custom cupcake together for me on the spot with no hassle and is very quick with it haha. They made 2 custom samples for a cookie I wanted in the set, so I could see the options, and I paid less than I’d anticipated for the size of the custom order. Of course they were delicious! I will constantly have them as an ace in my sleeve, and would recommend them for any special occasions around Toledo.“

“I placed an order for a small cake online for my girlfriends birthday. I wanted the cake to be Shrek theme, so I made it as best as I could online. When I went to pick it up, I was blown away that the person decorating the cake took it upon themselves to make it even more shrekified, putting characters on the side and just making the cake look way better than I ever could imagine. It made me and my girlfriend just smile and it was a great looking cake, and tasted good to. Very happy with how it turned out. Will be coming back anytime we need a cake!“
