“Even though it's a newer store and small, I have had nothing but great customer service. If they forget something on my order or made a mistake they instantly fix it and apologize. The General Manager is very friendly and helpful as are a few of the employees that I have noticed have been there since opening. Hands down a great FAST FOOD restaurant!!!!“

“My family visited from out of town late on a Saturday night and received excellent service and phenomenal food. I believe our server’s name was Laura and she was sweet and attentive and took the time to chat with my daughter. My husband tried the new dish, the New York Burrito, and I had the Mexican Sampler. Both of us would gladly say it was the best Mexican-style food we’ve ever had. Our daughter just had chicken nuggets and fries, but she was pretty happy, too. We intend to make it a regular stop on our annual birding trips.“

“We wandered in mid-afternoon on a Friday, and had the best experience! Service was friendly and fast, huge selection of food and drink options, and our meals were delicious! We had walked down from the Volvo dealership after our car was towed there, having not eaten all day, and couldn't have asked for a better spot to land! Highly recommend the Burro Grande and Enchiladas! Definitely a hidden gem!“

Our waitress, Xochitl, was the best and gave great info. Going to come back and check out the music bingo/ karaoke nights and the lunch buffet!“

“We ate at the Don Juan Mexican Bar & Grill - Maumee, 551 W Dussel Dr, Maumee, OH 43537 and had the best service I have had in a long time. Gina, our waitress, was very nice and offered to let me use her nail glue because my sandal broke. She helped me pick an amazing drink and made sure our party was happy with everything we got. It is nice to see people actually care about the people they are serving and not just the pay check they are getting. We will definitely be going back and hopefully Gina will be there with here bright smile!“

“We just had dinner and the food was very good. The restaurant was very clean, the lighting was perfect. The music was nice, not too loud, not too quiet. Our server was very attentive and didn't rush us, even though it was after traditional dinner hour on a Sunday. The food was delicious, quickly prepared, and piping hot. “The food is always delicious, but they don't always give you the full scoop. I know portion control is a thing, but you can see the cup thing they use, and that it still has room. Most HotHead locations really pack it in there. But service is fast and friendly.“
