“This particular Burger King is mostly silent. They offer a wide variety of burgers... As they all do, this one has a Keto option, however they are missing a KEY ingredient for a burger wrap... LEAF LETTUCE. Pickles they added were in a great amount so I was happy about that but there should be an offer for a wrapping if you should so choose. The pricing isn't much different from regular hamburger so why not? I also enjoy the fact that the food is ALWAYS hot and service is VERY QUICK!!!“

“Excellent and friendly staff. The food was served fresh and hot. I ordered the Breakfast Baconator combo with potato wedges and mango lemonade. The sandwich was perfect, and a friend who was with me ate the wedges and said they were really good. Definately a better indoor experience than McDonald's.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this KFC/A&W! The restaurant has a charming, nostalgic vibe — it really feels like stepping back into the late ’90s/early 2000s, and I loved every bit of it. The dining area is clean and welcoming, and you can tell the staff really care about their work.

The cashier who took my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. And the food was absolutely delicious — my burger, chili cheese fries, and root beer were all fantastic. I left feeling satisfied and happy.

“Stopped here on my way to Toledo and I will say this is one of the better if not the best service at a McDonald’s I have ever had. Every employee was nice and attentive to not only me but all the other people inside as well. I had three separate encounters with 3 different employees and all were great. I wish every McDonald’s was staffed like this one! I don’t know if everyone was on there best behavior for a reason but whoever was working 6/19 at 12:30 all were fabulous. I appreciate good service.“

“This is the best burger king I have ever been too, my food was fast it was made correctly, and the staff always has the place looking good, crowns everywhere for people to take, always clean, and everyone is super friendly, not to mention they siad I RULE!!!“

“We have a DQ Grill n Chill in our town of wauseon 11 miles away but have been driving to this store because it's always clean, the food is always served warm - hot, and the BIG thing is that the fried food has been prepared in FRESH oil. Unlike the wauseon store that serves fried food that has either a rancid or fishy taste, THIS DQ has food that always tastes fresh! Go figure since the restaurants have the same owner!! Years ago the wauseon store just shined! Not sure what happened there but refuse to go back there and have instead made the napoleon store our "DQ of chouce" for now, even with the cost of gas making it more expensive to get there! We have been very loyal customers at the wauseon store and hope there can be marked improvement there, but until then - bravo to staff in napoleon!!!“

“Food is usually solid here. Crew is polite and friendly. Atmosphere is like...a Wendy's. Nothing special. Tables, chairs, places to sit and eat. Though right now they're remodeling. So who knows if they'll have chairs and tables when the remodel is finished.“
