I was so excited when I found out there was an A&W in Wauseon Ohio! I have always loved their dogs and root beer! A co-worker and I went there about 12:30 for lunch and it was immediately evident that they are extremely under staffed. The same nice lady was working both the front counter and the drive through window. First off, this is a KFC/A&W location. I just stopped by to use a Christmas donation coupon before it expired, getting a couple of "Famous Bowls". The food was fine, and the service was adequate, but not particularly friendly. The location, however looked pretty bad. The dining room looked like no one cleaned it for hours, the kitchen looked disorganized and sloppy, and the lot outside needed cleaned up. We ordered two five piece chicken tender dinners. When we got home the tenders, fries and onion rings were way overcooked. We wound up having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner after dropping $25 there as we had to throw away our purchase. We're through with KFC‼️
