“We were in Ohio for a wedding and stopped here for dinner. There was a 45 minute wait but after a quick look inside, we decided that it was worth checking out. We were very glad we waited, the appetizers were incredible and the burgers were perfect. I love bourbon and was impressed at their selection. If we are ever back in Ohio, we will definitely be back.“

“Came to get a whopper Junior and a small fry and she told me if I got a whopper Junior in a medium fry was five dollars and I didn’t know that they had that so she was so nice for telling me that it’s way cheaper than getting a whopper, junior in a small fight, which would’ve been 715 and also when I was pulling off, I forgot to ask for ketchup and I was so sad cause I really want ketchup and I looked in my bag and there was ketchup so great amazing service and the food was fresh“

“I must say that I love our Big Boy sandwiches at the Maureen, ohio location. In Ohio, we have tartar sauce on our Big boys and they are so good! If you go to a Big boy in Michigan be warned, it won't be the same, because they don't use tartar sauce and it's not even close to as good as our Big boy. I'd eat Big boy burgers every day if I could!“

“My friend and I had an excellent server and she was very attentive and friendly, even when they got a bit busy. The atmosphere was nice and it is handicap accessible with an indoor ramp if u need it for seating. The food was good and reasonable portion sizes. I would liked more potato, side, dessert choices. I would recommend. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places.“

“I went through the drive through. Because I had a large order I had to go to the holding area to wait for my food. After a short time a young lady came over with our food. On the way to our car the bag tore open and the food spilled on the pavement. Not the young lady’s fault. She picked up the food,disposed of the food and went back inside. She returned with her manager and they both sincerely apologized. They went back in and remade our food and she brought the food back and apologized again. Their actions made a bad situation a great situation. Thanks.“
