We were very glad we waited, the appetizers were incredible and the burgers were perfect. I love bourbon and was impressed at their selection. “I must say that I love our Big Boy sandwiches at the Maureen, ohio location. In Ohio, we have tartar sauce on our Big boys and they are so good! If you go to a Big boy in Michigan be warned, it won't be the same, because they don't use tartar sauce and it's not even close to as good as our Big boy. I'd eat Big boy burgers every day if I could!“

“We came in late after a show and we're greeted promptly and pleasantly. The atmosphere was pleasant, service was phenomenal and the food was exactly as ordered and tasted great. I don't usually expect much coming into a restaurant as late in the evening as it was (10pm) but I was greatly pleased with my experience here“

“I went through the drive through. Because I had a large order I had to go to the holding area to wait for my food. After a short time a young lady came over with our food. On the way to our car the bag tore open and the food spilled on the pavement. Not the young lady’s fault. She picked up the food,disposed of the food and went back inside. She returned with her manager and they both sincerely apologized. They went back in and remade our food and she brought the food back and apologized again. Their actions made a bad situation a great situation. Thanks.“
