“This is the best Burger King in Ohio.

Not from the area. Decided to get fast food for the road instead of stopping at a sit down restaurant.

We were so glad we did. This BK had the best service and greatest tasting food.

Great job to the employees working Sat 11/22 at lunch time. If every BK served food like you do there would be more still open.“

“Ribs and fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Server disappeared after my food was served for a long time. I had to wait outside the kitchen to get someone's attention to pay my bill when I was ready to go.“

“Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

“5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One great thing about this place besides the great food, staff, and service compared to ANY OTHER RESTAURANT in town is these people understand what their posted hours truly mean. . If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

“Oh my goodness. Received my Door Dash delivery and planned to just take a nibble and eat meal bit later. However one bite and I was hooked - game over. I had the lake perch, piece of catfish, spaghetti and okra. Everything was awesome - fish and okra fried to perfection, not too much breading and spaghetti very flavorful and full of meat - could be a meal in itself. I have been meaning to check this place out for some time. Now that I have I can't wait until my next time.“

Food is Yummy. The custard is good!!! Check the freezer in the lobby for pints of previous flavors of the day.

“Me and my husband, Daughter & our 2 Granddaughters was here on August 1st 2022 The manager people call her Kim!! she was a work powerhouse it was only the Manager Kim & 2 other workers they all worked very hard as a team !!! ! The food was hot & real fresh & the restaurant was clean. The Manager that goes by the name Kim is very professional and very sweet and did a outstanding job I honestly can say 100% That the Manager Kim deserves a raise or a promotion for all of her hard work..... we need more hard working individuals like Kim The Manager !!!“

“I gave 5 stars, even though everything on the menu is quite expensive. The service was impeccable, the chairs were very comfortable, and the food was done just as we wanted. The one thing that killed the atmosphere was the gigantic TV right above our table. Even though the volume was off, the screen was impossible to ignore. I suppose to be fair, we could have asked to be moved.“

The window team member was a pleasure to deal with and seemed genuinely happy. The food was hot and fresh, unlike the cold garbage that is served at the BK by me. “Always have had a good experience. Tonight, the worker went above and beyond. My dad was on the line and started slipping into a diabetic issue. His sugar was low. I ran inside and told the worker. I didn’t get a name, but she didn’t hesitate. She got my dad some gummy worms, and didn’t even think twice. We had to rush home, cause the issue was getting worse, but she really helped out, and you’ve earned customers for life! Sorry we had to leave, but this is our ice cream place! “Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

“The guy in the drive thru name is Joshua and he was so prompt and full of courteousy and the food was fresh and hot, when I spoke with the manager on duty she was also courteous and the upmost respect from the whole crew there and for it to be a holiday week they were fast and professional and prompt no mistakes keep up with the great work 👍“
