They have became a joke. The worst employees, over cooked or way under cooked hamburgers. salad is often brown and wilted. It can take 20 minutes for wait staff to come to your table just to greet you. Don't ask for drink refills. Often our silverware and drink wear has been dirty. They have loudly talked rude about customers that many customers can hear the comments. They just went down hill severely. I don't even know how they are surviving. Ordered extra dipping sauces got none at all. Got about 10 fries with my burger that look like they were sat on. Just awful
