“I've visited this burger king a few times now over the past couple of months. Most recently this morning. I have to say that this staff is extremely friendly. You don't get that much anymore at a fast food place. The food is always hot and fresh and one thing that really stood out to me today was my Sausage egg and cheese croissant. It's my favorite breakfast item at BK. Every time I get it here it's plump round and looks like the picture. Other places I've gotten the same it's always been flattened and not very visually appealing. 5 stars to the Woodville Road BK hope you all see this rating!“
“The girls working are the sweetest. Extremely friendly and make you feel so welcomed. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The girl that helped me, made sure my sub was toasted to perfection. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for Subway, come here!Vegetarian options: They had all the veggie options you would want to get on your sub. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pickles, olives, peppers, etc. Everything was fresh looking.Dietary restrictions: They cater to different dietary restrictions. They have gluten free options in salad form, they have vegetarian options, vegan options, etc.Parking: Good size parking lot. Plenty of spaces to park right in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have kid size portions.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and designated parking spaces.“
“We stopped in from out of town after an evening visit to the nearby zoo. We were warmly greeted while they were finishing up our 5 sandwich’s (mobile order). The restaurant was very clean and a comfortable temperature to dine-in. The sandwich’s were delicious. I can’t find a complaint (other than JJ’s constantly creeping prices!!). This seems like a super well run location!“
“Tried the new diablo chicken sandwich and loaded diablo fries. It was differently spicey hot, but the bun was cold, small piece of chicken an the cheese wasn't melted on it. The fries were totally cold an the cheese sauce was close to cold. It also took quite some time to get our order. The person theirselves were very polite tho. Im sure the sandwich an fries would have been great had they been served hot as in hot temperature not the spicey hot.“
“Hit or miss! At drive thru, sometimes you get what you ordered and sometimes not! On weekends it is posted on the website as open until 4am. I was told thats not true, only until 3am. Really need to update ! I must say, I haven't been here since 2022, this time at 8 pm on a Thursday was perfect. Thank you team, you rock! Everything was perfect, we ordered 5 of the 5$ boxes and all were perfect. Way to go!“
“We went through the drive thru. The attendant was very nice. While we were waiting for the food he shared with us different recipes that he puts the Arby’s sauce on. This gentleman was a pleasure to interact with.Most people who are attending drive thru’s are cold and don’t ever interact with people.“

“Rude and disrespectful they dont care about people's safety health and well being they let their workers use cross contamination and the workers are nasty and disrespectful to each other and more so to the customers i have had friends and family who have recieved food poisoning there when i worked there we found and threw out a dead rat they have old and expired foods they try and sell to u they rip u off and don't care who you call or who you tell they think they are untouchable“
“We actually didn't get to eat there ...we showed up on Christmas Day for the first time and they were mad busy. Still, I was impressed with how they kept it together in spite of the chaos, and the food looked great enough that we want to return on a less busy day.All the staff were very kind and polite and did their best to help customers out. They did seem to have an issue with estimating time since when we showed up they had no tables open and said it would be a few minutes, so we stood and waited, but had to leave a half hour or so later as it did not look like anyone at the tables were budging. That's where I had to take off one star -- I think they could do a better job judging how long it will be until a table is open and learn to give conservative estimates instead of overly optimistic ones.Apropos what an earlier hangry reviewer said, parking is limited, especially on busy days, though I'm not sure what the establishment can do about that. I will say that it's not so crazy inside on a busy day that kids will get "trampled." That's a ridiculous exaggeration. The place is certainly kid-friendly.While we waited, a Karen came in and got mad at them for takeout orders taking too long (this was near 6 p.m.). I'm not sure what people expect on CHRISTMAS DAY. I'm also not sure what a restaurant is supposed to do -- refuse takeout orders? If they fast tracked those orders, the people in the restaurant would have waited forever for their food. They were doing their best to keep up with the demand. Seriously, you can't get mad at one of the few restaurants open on one of if not the busiest day of the year for not being able to keep up with your stupid order. It's just food, for goodness sake. Get over it.“
“We haven't seen a big boy in at least 20 years in our area. What a find. We were so excited. The food was awesome. The staff was on it- made for a great experience. I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner. But overall memories were jarred, and the special was better than any McDonald's meal would've been..“
