Aside from it FREEZING in there every morning, the service is great. One gal created me something sweet like I drank at Starbucks, and it is better actually. So now they know what I drink - I like that service. I don't normally do Dunkin, but the gal changed my mind. This is a good Dunkin for sweet coffee and a doggie coffee for Kona. And they are alot cheaper than Starbucks. Big Time. Got my service from now on. Great job Dunkin' staff.
I am so incredibly happy and refreshed that this new location opened up! The staff here are so polite, welcoming, and the service is incredibly fast. It is such a massive contrast to the Navarre Road location, where the staff was always rude and constantly got my order wrong. This Northwood spot is officially my new go-to Dunkin!!!
