“I’ve been coming here for a few years and every time the order is perfect and on time. The employees are always friendly, and they work hard. Reading the reviews, it seems people are upset with delivery, I can’t speak on that as I always do a pick up. Never had one issue with pick up!“

“Every week, sometimes twice a week.I come to this location.I buy 4 egg cheese bagel sandwiches. Sometimes I get a couple packs in the mgriddles with the order may are perfect sandwiches.Almost every single time in the last year and a half that i've been going to this location , better quality than any other nearby location. Genuine love in my heart for these folks“

“TO MANAGER CASEY @ the waterville location.
Well great food ofcourse love the menu and variety. This night 5-22-25 my wife and I ordered I picked up checked bag got home unloaded the bag and my wife realized her one item she wanted to try out was missing and her taco that was suppose to be Supreme wasn't. The 5 stars is for the manager CASEY she made it all good and then some for the incomplete order. I see why she's a manager her hospitality and professionalism and kindness was 6 star! Girl I hope u see this you made my wife and I happy and thank you for your outstanding service in making our cheat day meal perfect ! I respect you and ur professionalism. I pray you have blessed day !“

“We were super impressed with Chick Fil a's fast and friendly service this morning! So thankful they were able to help us with our large breakfast order in such a timely manner! 😊“

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. I went to school with the previous owner So Shaheen . What a great family. The new owners and the same family came in and carried the torch for the family. Same GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. That beef and lamb melts in your mouth. ?? Will always stop when we pass through. Great job“

“The staff is wonderful, coming to each table and checking if you're happy with your order or if you need anything, and they are so patient with kids! Especially the older lady with glasses and light hair, she is super friendly and talks with the kids and even sang a kid's nursery rhyme with our 3-yr olds to make them feel welcome.
This location has the playroom with a slide for kids under 3. Sometimes older kids are in there getting a little too rowdy around the younger kids. It's so nice that the restaurant offers that, but the parents need to watch their own kids so they don't get hurt or hurt others. Thanks Chick-fil-A for a fun family experience! 🙂“

“Great fresh burgers and fries 🍟 that are hand cut! Love the free peanuts 🥜 that are finally back.“

“I was interested in providing a small treat for 625+ members of the BGSU Falcon Marching Band, and when I contacted locally-owned Eric’s Ice Cream Factory about partnering, he generously offered to donate all 650 cups of ice cream! He delivered several flavor choices, and accommodated those who needed dairy free options as well. The ice cream was FABULOUS, and the students and staff of the band enjoyed meeting him! I hope a future collaboration will be possible - few things are better than a delicious, homemade treat after a warm and intense band rehearsal! Thank you, Eric, for such a high quality product and for supporting this deserving bunch of hard workers!“
