My order was correct. Employee was friendly
Thank you to the lady working the drive thru window! Ma'am, you got it ALL correct even with me not knowing what I was ordering! Happy preteen over here! Thank you for the amazing customer service!
It’s been a while since we’ve been, ordered online, upon p/u, service was impeccable-the server was friendly, personable and smiling! Food was 100% correct (we have a very picky eater), very hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious - like when they first opened! Only bad thing was the big sign was out, so it looked closed….but I’m super glad they weren’t! Thanks, Rally’s!

Rally’s offers Buford Bites, a tasty mix of beef, cheese, pickles, and ketchup in a crispy coating for $2.99. Customers enjoy the delicious burgers and fries, although some feel it can be heavy on the stomach. The service has improved, with friendly staff recognized for their excellent service. Customers appreciate the fresh food and reasonable prices. Parking is ample, and there is wheelchair access available. However, there have been concerns about safety in the drive-thru due to a missing utility cover that has not been addressed for several weeks, which could pose risks to vehicles and individuals. Despite some errors in orders, the overall experience at Rally’s continues to get better with each visit.
