Absolutely horrible experience. I placed my order on the app and when it said it was ready to pick up I arrive only to sit in the line for another 25 minutes. When I get up to the window, I am told that they are all out of white meat and I’ll have to wait another 10 minutes! Why place in order on the app ahead of time only to have to wait another 40 minutes to get your food after you told us ready. This location is a total joke and waste of anyone’s time.
You know I have never complain about any service until today .. it was the dirtiest place I have ever eaten in and we was the only ones in there and 4 employees standing in the kitchen eating every table was dirty and the mac and cheese was cold

Order wrong past two times we’ve been there in the evening. Check your bags before you leave. Ordered chicken strip basket. Gave us KFC bowl

KFC, also offering A&W products, has received mixed reviews. Some customers have expressed disappointment, while others have had positive experiences with A&W products, particularly the burgers, onion rings, and root beer. Recently, the place has really made a comeback. Good workers are hard to find but this KFC has found some great morning people. However, some note the food was just ok and a little cold, and an employee was a little rude. It seems like only one person was working, leading to a wait, and the fries received were cold. The location definitely needs better staffing, but many hope it gets back on track and plan to visit again.
