“We waited 50 mins at our table for our food. Not one time did a waitress or staff member stop by to just check in to tell us or let us know the status of the order or to apologize for the delay. A 3 egg omelet was a 2 egg omelet and if it had not been for us coming in from Florida to visit with family and not wanting to get us all up and show or make a scene we would have left. I have never experienced this kind of service at any Bob Evans ever. I used to live here in Waverly and graduated from Waverly High School, and this kind of service would have never occurred and if a problem had occurred the manager would have been helping and making rounds but no manager was seen and employees would have been fired for not following up or paying any attention to their tables. I was embarrassed by the difference in customer service your establishment offered this day. But after staying in town and speaking with several other people in l the local area, they all claimed this was a typical type of service to expect on any given day of the week. So a four star is being very kind“
