We always appreciate the food and service we receive at Firehouse Subs. However, my son can't stand pickles and everytime we order we request No pickles onone of our subs. EVERY TIME, we still end up with a pickle in his sub. It ruins his while sandwich and he doesn't even end up eating it half the time. To me, it's a simple request...NO pickle.

I order on the app for this location a lot, and the order has been correct every time! I've never had issues here, and for a while i was there weekly if I had to guess... The staff has always been kind to my friends and I, which is always a bonus. I have stopped in during a slow time and they were training someone new, seeing how they taught him and work with him was so nice to see. They were patient and actually working with him... which I don't see often - this really...
