Many clearly marked vegan options. Food is fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. Service is friendly and helpful. If you ask, they can even veganize additional menu items. Prices are very reasonable.

We contacted Mike last year to have our wedding buffet catered through Indian Spice Train. Mike's communication was amazing, he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had our cocktail hour and dinner catered, and the presentation for all of the food was phenomenal, and the actual quality of the food and taste was amazing.
