Pulled up to the drive through speaker at the Tylersville location. I said can I please get a 16 piece- before I could finish the girl said uhhhh I don’t think we have that. I didn’t even finish talking. So I guess they don’t have chicken at all. It’s only 7:50 pm…. They are open until 10:30.

Once again the food was awful. Dry and overcooked. Got a meal no biscuit. No surprise the line is always empty.It's really upsetting that they give you old food that I'm sure they won't even eat.

The staffs are rude and worst behavior.The chicken was dry and overcooked never had a meal like this it food have been sent to the TRASH but they decided to serve it to me. Worst quality. I cannot able to provide 0 star . (Note) make a box with a clear top so you can see into the box before you take it home.

I am from eastern Kentucky and I will have you to know that the biscuits actually have butter on them and the crispy crispy chicken is crispy AFI would tell anybody to go to this KFC is the best one and the west side of the Mississippi plus they recognize me when pull up.
