This location used to be very good but that is no longer true. My last two orders have been missing items. The most recent order I received had *none* of the sauces I had ordered, but also the chicken strips had a bad taste and texture. I checked the texture of each with a fork and then just tossed them in the garbage. That's $10 wasted. I'm not going to risk ordering from this location again.
I frequent this site many times. During my visit last week the chicken was very dry and hard to chew. I spoke with the guys behind the counter regarding the quality of the chicken, I received one piece in exchange though I ordered three. I believe I will avoid this spot going forward. I am from eastern Kentucky and I will have you to know that the biscuits actually have butter on them and the crispy crispy chicken is crispy AFI would tell anybody to go to this KFC is the best one and the west side of the Mississippi plus they recognize me when pull up.
